Requirements

To ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance, all Everguard Home Care caregivers must meet all the requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years or older

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Clean criminal background check (Live Scan/Fingerprinting required)

  •  Negative TB test (valid within 1 year and renewed annually)

  • Valid government-issued identification

  • Reliable transportation (preferred depending on assignment)

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
